Anushka is an actor and producer from Bollywood. She is among the highest-paid actors and has won many awards in recognition of her work. Nush clothing is also her brand and she is the ambassador of many brands. Forbes Magazine featured her. Anushka Sharma was born on May 1, 1988 in Ayodhya Uttar Pradesh. She is the daughter of Kumar Sharma and Ashima Sharma. Anushka's father is a colonel retd. Her mother is a homemaker. Karnesh, Anushka Sharma's older brother who was a member of the Merchant Navy is now a filmmaker. Anushka Sharma has completed her education from Army School, Bangalore and has pursued an undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. Anushka holds a master's degree in studies in economics. Anushka Sharma was not looking to be an actress and she hoped to become a fashion model or writer. Anushka relocated to Mumbai following her graduation and began her studies at Elite Model Management, and was coached by the stylist Prasad Bidapa. In the year 2017 Anushka had her first modeling experience in the Wendell Rodricks' Les Vamps Show at Lakme Fashion Week and was picked by the designer to be his last model in the Spring Summer 2007 Collection. Her modeling career started at Lakme Fashion Week in 2017. Since then, she has been involved in numerous campaigns, which include campaigns in support of Fiat Palio & Fiat Whisper Nathella Jewelry. Anushka began auditioning for films as an actor and attended an acting class alongside her career as models. In 2008 Anushka Sharma began her acting career with the movie Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi with Shah Rukh Khan. Anushka Sharma took one day to get ready for her screen test and didn't want to make an impromptu version. She was later signed to three films by Yash Raj Films. The film in which she appeared was portrayed as a young lady who married a middle aged man (the character Shah Rukh Khan is playing). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka performed along with Shahid Kapoor and Vi Das, and Meiyang Chang in the 2010 film "Badmash Company". The film received mixed review. Anushka was a Punjabi girl who was from middle class in a movie called 'Band Baaja Baaraat.' She starred alongside Ranveer. The film was praised by critics and was deemed an overnight to be a success. Anushka had completed her three-film contract with Yash Raj Films.
